These terms cover your use of this marketing website (billcrop.com), operated by AkolagTech, and its free tools. Your use of the BillCrop application at crm.billcrop.com is governed separately by the in-product terms you accept when you create an account. If you're on a paid plan, application uptime and support response are covered by our Service Level Agreement.

The free tools

The invoice, quotation, and payment reminder generators are provided free and as-is, for your convenience. They run in your browser and produce documents and text you are responsible for reviewing before use. We make no warranty that generated documents meet any particular legal or tax requirement in your jurisdiction.

Pricing information

Prices shown on this site are provided for information and are drawn from the BillCrop catalog. The catalog is the source of truth; actual pricing, plans, and features are confirmed at sign-up and may change. The 14-day trial is a trial, not a permanent free plan.

Intellectual property

This website, its design, text, graphics, and the BillCrop name and logo are the property of AkolagTech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The free tools' output documents (invoices, quotations, reminders you generate) belong to you. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site's own design or code without our permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, probing it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or scraping it in a way that degrades the service for others.

No warranty; limitation of liability
